What exactly is the 29 Week Business Yogi Journey?

Is this a self-study course or a live programme?
This is a hybrid. You’ll receive structured weekly materials (teaching videos, meditations, workbooks), and during this Beta cycle, you’ll also have intimate access to Angela’s live guidance, group reflection points, and optional accountability calls.
Do I need to be a yoga teacher or spiritual practitioner to join?
Not at all. This is for soulful entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, and change makers who feel the call to align their business with deeper truth. No physical yoga or prior spiritual training required — only a willingness to walk your business path as a sacred journey.
What if I don’t have a business yet?
Perfect. Many join this journey at the seed stage — with a dream or calling that hasn’t yet taken form. The 29 weeks help you clarify, align, and build your vision from the inside out. How much time should I set aside each week?
We recommend 1.5 to 2 hours per week. Each week includes a short video, audio meditation, journaling prompts, and reflection time. You can go deeper if you wish, but the journey is designed to meet you where you are.
What happens after the Beta journey ends?
You’ll have the option to continue into advanced teachings, facilitator training, or join the living community of Business Yogis. As a Beta participant, you’ll also be invited to share feedback and help shape how this work evolves for others.
Do I need to attend live calls to benefit?
No. All materials are yours to move through in your own time. Live calls and community connections are optional, but available to support you if you choose.
Can I join from anywhere in the world?
Yes. The Business Yogi journey is fully online, and your materials will be available no matter your time zone. You’ll just need internet access and a journal.
What if I want 1:1 support instead of being part of the group?
That’s absolutely possible — and deeply respected.
