My life was changed irrevocably in the year 2000 when I was handed a deck of cards authored by Jamie Simms. The deck is called 'Sacred Path Cards' and it began a lifelong love affair with the first people of The Call... 

My life was changed irrevocably in the year 2000 when I was handed a deck of cards authored by Jamie Simms. The deck is called 'Sacred Path Cards' and it began a lifelong love affair with the first people of North America and their beautiful teachings.

These teachings have influenced me in my own personal growth and development as well as having formed the foundation for the gifts - my personal ‘medicine’ that I have been blessed with to carry my message out into the world. 

As I cast my mind back over the years that have transpired since 2002 when I was gifted with the vision for the purpose and work that I am here to offer the world, I again am filled with the feelings of deep humility as they wash over me.

The ‘work’ which was shaped into a business was first named 7 Generations after The Seventh Generation Principle, an ancient Haudenosaunee (Iroquois)* philosophy that the decisions we make today should result in a sustainable world seven generations into the future.

When we look back across 7 Generations, all we are currently experiencing are the results of all thoughts, decisions and actions taken by each of us over the last Seven Generations. 

Life on the Earth that we call our physical home, if we continue making the same kind of choices is no longer sustainable. Morals and ethics have been abandoned; resources depleted; sacred lands desecrated; traditions and cultures dissolved; reverence of and for life in all its forms has been discarded; respect for sovereignty and freedom of choice with requisite consequences abdicated. All from the ego’s drive for more and more and more - money, material success, fame, fans and the externals that seem to indicate a life of societal significance. 

I have come to know and understand through the profound teachings of the first people within my own world, that all of this, allowing myself to be shaped by the pressures of the external world is all just noise and an indication of unbalanced medicine shields. This imbalance is experienced by the disconnect between my own inner male and female energy as well as that which we experience in the macrocosm of the external world. 

By the way as a note - this is not a gender issue, more one about energies as we are all regardless of gender and identity a combination of masculine, feminine and androgynous energies. Externals in how we see and are seen by others, again have taken preference on the basis of gender as opposed to the Spiritual energies that are on offer to walk in balance and beauty energetically from within. 

The male energy in its imbalance has resulted in greed, corruption, misuse of power, the tyranny of either-or, the - isms and - obias that have escalated out of generations of pain and suffering into violence and hatred of which we so much in evidence in the early years of the 2020’s. 

The female energy out of balance has given her power away. She has become docile, submissive, a victim and an albeit unknowingly willing participant in her own disempowerment on the one hand. On the other, to compensate for these feelings of helplessness and powerlessness she reverts to being militant and aggressive like her unbalanced male counterparts. 

To restore the sustainability of the planet and a life of harmony and peace for her people and all Mother Earth's life forms, the Divine Feminine has issued her call. Each of us is being summoned to gather with others of like Spirit, heart and mind to activate these incredibly beautiful gently powerful energies to bring about healing, liberty and a world in which all can live in harmony. The First People refer to this as the Fifth World of Peace. 

Here, each person and their gifts and talents is revered and honored as each has a necessary contribution to make to the health of the Whole. In this world, no one person is more important than another, and there is always enough for all. All of life and all lives are seen as Sacred. 

We are all in the process of creating the world for the next 7 Generations regardless of whether we embrace these teachings or not. The questions though are: 

• What choices are we making on a daily, even moment by moment basis?  

• What kind of legacy are we creating for our children and our children's children?

• What kind of legacy are we creating for ourselves?

Are we willing to make those choices that will break the insidious ties that keep us in the repetitive cycles of insanity? Will we continue to contribute to the chaos in our own lives and that of the world in which we find ourselves? Or, are we willing to be brave, to make the courageous choices that are required to support us in contributing to this world of Peace that has been prophesied?

The reset button was created for us when the world came to a virtual standstill. It has given us an opportunity to open the window into shaping a new, different world, one free of the lower self, of ego fear based energies.This is a world that requires the gifts and talents of all to restore, renew, regenerate our beautiful planet and our collective Sacred Walk of Beauty for future generations.
