No prior experience is required. The programme is structured to support both beginners and experienced professionals, offering robust training to develop your facilitation skills and confidence.

The programme is flexible, allowing you to decide how much time and effort you want to dedicate. Facilitation opportunities are allocated based on your availability and engagement level.
