So many times people consult with psychics and astrologers seeking answers to their questions based on what they want to hear, or think they want to hear.

Consulting an intuitive, a psychic, a medium or whatever you choose to name that person to whom you turn for counsel that falls outside of normal convention, I have come to learn, comes with a whole lot of personal responsibility. 

Over many years, I have had the very good fortune to have had access to counsel from some remarkably gifted psychics and mediums. Sure, in the early days of my own Spiritual Awakening believe me I got caught up in wanting information I wanted to hear. Many times especially during highly stressful periods of my life, I expected the reading to be a panacea and cure all for what I was experiencing. I have come to know that this is not the case at all.

The information I gained access to, served as guidance, as a 'treasure map' of clues and guided messages that put me on notice to participate actively in my own Spiritual growth and journey. Interestingly, it also served to support me in developing my intuition as I connected with the guidance gifted to me. This I now know has served me as I developed my own gifts as a Spiritual Intuitive.

As I started to make progress along my own Spiritual Path and began serving others in this capacity, I came to realize that receiving a reading with a highly reputable Psychic, meant that there was information that was being gifted to me, for me to work with and use to further my own growth and my Soul’s journey. I was not a passive recipient of information, rather an active co-creator with Spirit in transcending into a new way of Be-I-Ng, living and doing.

As with every aspect of life on this planet, I had a choice as to how I engaged with the information that arose from the reading. I have over the years kept a track in my journals of the messages and information from readings - both past and current life. When I look back, it is astonishing to see how much this information has supported me in making new and more empowering choices; how I have been able to alter my karmic path and that of past and future generations. As a participant and co-creator with Spirit, I had to play my part and take the initiative to interpret and apply the information if I truly wanted to embrace my life path and Soul's journey.

The Psychic Mediums who have been of service to me have been the vehicle through which Spirit was providing me with the guidance I needed at that time. Only I could activate the energy and the information that was being imparted to me.

I have to admit though, that I didn't always like the information that was being shared. Sometimes, it took me months to get to a place of acceptance and understanding of the messages that I had received. Again, the responsibility was mine for asking the questions. And then, it was up to me to get into action applying what had been shared, in order to learn and grow. 

Readings, I learned were not the panacea to all that I was encountering on my journey. They were not the elixir and magic pill. They supplemented and oftentimes confirmed what my growing intuition was uncovering as to the purpose and meaning of why I am here and whom I am to serve. This even more so after the dramatic shifts and changes that we are seeing in our world as a result of the pandemic, it's enforced isolation and the healing and processing needed post the pandemic.  

I have truly come to know and experience that embarking on a Spiritual Path and a journey of personal development requires dedication, the willingness to transmute and transcend what was and what no longer serves my Highest Good and for those that I serve in my world. Spiritual or Psychic Readings from a trained intuitive have been an invaluable resource of powerful Source information.

I can safely say, that were it not for the unvaluable added assistance from gifted and devoted Psychics who have been a part of my journey, I am not sure how I would have come through some life situations and lessons that have challenged me to break through old stories, false beliefs and my distorted thinking. I am also sure that I would not have stepped into their shoes and accepted my Gifts and their use in service of and for others.

I can only hope that should you embark upon the path of engaging in Intuitive Readings, that you too can experience the enlightenment that comes with immersing yourself in using the information that tis shared with and for you. A word of caution here though - make sure to check the integrity and authenticity of the person that you are consulting. Look for sincerity and a real desire to be of service, and you can't really go wrong.
